    “no, you were-- you were a real mess last night.” firstly he’d drunk texted her, and then she’d had to help him get himself to bed -- well, not bed, but she’d let him spend the night on her couch. she’d honestly never seen anybody as drunk as lucas had managed to get yesterday. holding out a glass of water and two aspirin, she sighs. “you puked, like, twice.”

With a bag of clothes and everything else he had needed tossed over her shoulder Sawyer made her way through the hospital, only briefly stopping at the nurses station to grab directions for where his room was. Two knock was the only courtesy she gave him before the door opened and she stepped inside, "Delivery!" She called out in a sing-song tone, plopping down on the edge of the bed with the bag shifting to her lap, "Brought your clothes and shit. You wanted the thong and short-shorts right?" teased the brunette with an amused smirk on her lips.

FINALLY she was going home. the guy casey had been on a date with -- jordan, if she remembered right, had been quite nice and polite. he still was nothing compared to her boyfriend and in all honesty, she wouldn’t have been interested in this guy even if it wasn’t for lucas. there was no chemistry either way. casey had taken the leftovers with her, called it a night and told jordan it was nice meeting him, but she doesn’t think it’ll work out. he had been surprisingly understanding. now casey was walking away from the bus, only a few minutes away from home. she just wanted to see lucas and apologize for being a bad girlfriend and just spend the night with him. but as she walked to the front door, there was a car she didn’t recognize. that’s not lucas’? maybe lucas had invited some friends over. casey opened the door and stepped in. “i’m home!”
